BAHD-erami is our de luxe take on kabanos — the iconic 1920s Polish snack stick. We cure lean pork and trim, stuff it thin into sheep casings, smoke it lightly, then bake and air-dry to a crusty, wrinkly snap. The result is a high-protein, intensely savoury snack stick with a satisfying chew — and because it’s semi-dry it’s fully ambient, so no chilling and cheap to post. Perfect for lunchboxes, bars, markets and grab-and-go. Made in small batches at Jovan Foods. Available in snack packs or loose. Zero allergens.
