We launched our Gold Seal range to show just how talented our Master Sausage-meister is, by giving him free-rein in terms of selecting the meat and spices that go into these products. He is particularly proud of the coarsely ground Big Dog Royale. This is what smoked and cured sausages would have tasted like in Europe, centuries ago, before mass production changed everything.
