For the best fry-up, ever:
Heat slices of Pork Belly Royale through in a frying pan on medium heat, then remove them to a warmed plate and keep in oven on low. Add a knob of butter to the delicious porky fat rendered in the pan, then fry your eggs in it – tasty, tasty, very, very tasty!
