HOW TO RUN IT: Water at 75–85°C, never a hard boil (it splits the skins). Chilled: 5–8 min for a handful, 20–30 for a full well. From frozen: 10–15 min — drop them in for a minute first so they separate. Probe to 73°C, then turn down and hold at 63–65°C. Top up in small batches.
SPECIFICATIONS: 394 x 432 x 496mm · 12kg · 1,200W
WARRANTY: 12 months, spare parts only.
Money figures are what YOU make, not what we make: a loaded dog is a Frank Jr 90g + 7″ bun + branded wrapper bought by the case (Frank Jr £1.20 + bun 37p + wrapper 4p = £1.61), sold at £6.50 inc VAT (£5.42 ex) — £3.80 profit each, 70% GP; everything ex VAT. Capacity basis is stated on each line. Heat-through and running costs assume our operating rule: reheat on a low–medium setting to 73°C at the core, then hold at 63–65°C; electricity 25p/kWh.
