at £3.80 profit each
DAWGPOWER 50/hr one dedicated dogger  ·  72/hr two-up
our cart calculator: 51-second solo cycle, 39.5-second two-up
TWIN UNIT 71/hr with one dogger  →  Add a second unit
the second unit only pays when the kit, not the person, is the limit

HOW TO RUN IT: 150–160°C, single layer, shake once. Chilled: 7–8 min for a basket of six, up to 12–13 for a full oven tray. From frozen: 150°C, 12–16 min, turning halfway — the air fryer will take them frozen. Cook in batches and hold elsewhere at 63–65°C; an air fryer dries a sausage out if you leave it in.

“A roller grill and bain marie is a joke combo and air fryers are 10x better. Delivers the crisp quality and speed we need. You can cook 6 dogs per unit in 7 minutes… knocked out 150 dawgs in 3 hours last week. Me!”
— Matthew O, Dabbers Social Bingo, London — three single-basket air fryers, one person, one show

Money figures are what YOU make, not what we make: a loaded dog is a Frank Jr 90g + 7″ bun + branded wrapper bought by the case (Frank Jr £1.20 + bun 37p + wrapper 4p = £1.61), sold at £6.50 inc VAT (£5.42 ex) — £3.80 profit each, 70% GP; everything ex VAT. Capacity basis is stated on each line. Heat-through and running costs assume our operating rule: reheat on a low–medium setting to 73°C at the core, then hold at 63–65°C; electricity 25p/kWh.
