Marinated and slow-roasted boneless pork belly, cooked for hours to render the fat and shatter the crackling. Rich, deeply savoury and ready to heat. A whole side (~2.9kg, +/-10%) or vacuum-packed 1kg / 500g blocks for nationwide delivery.

PORTIONS & SERVINGS (generous helpings; catch-weight – natural variation): Whole side (~2.9kg) serves ~14 · 1kg block ~5 · 500g block ~2-3. Each portion is sold at a fixed price; weights vary naturally.

Storage & reheating: Keep refrigerated (max 5C). Best before ~4 weeks (29 days) from packing; once opened, eat within 3 days. Suitable for home freezing. To reheat: oven 200C for 10-15 min to re-crisp.
