Description

Our Emmental-loaded Käsekrainer, made to order by the kilo for kitchens, street traders and events. Hand-made in Britain in small batches: 95% prime UK pork and beef, cured, spiced and studded with Emmental in natural hog casings. About 22cm / 160g per sausage — roughly 6.25 per kilo. Minimum order 45kg.

INGREDIENTS: Prime UK pork & beef (95%), salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, coriander, nutmeg, Emmental CHEESE (MILK), curing salt (E250), hog casings.

ALLERGENS: Contains MILK (Emmental).

Shelf life: freezer 12 months; fridge 7–14 days. Made to order — please allow up to 7 days.
