Please Note: We cannot accept customer returns.

Because our products (in common with all perishable goods) are legally excluded from returns. Therefore:

All Items Are Final Sale.

Having said that…our whole raison d’être at Big Apple Hot Dogs is to bring broad smiles to customers’ faces.

So, if anything does go wrong, please let us know immediately.

And please know: We will always do all that we can to make it right.

Procedure for Reporting Product / Packaging Issues

Please email us immediately at  customercare@bigapplehotdogs.com and, kindly, be sure to:

  1. Provide brief description + your order number in email subject.
  2. Describe the issue / query in as much detail as possible.
  3. Attach images of product and the product labels.
  4. Provide a telephone number, you can be reached on.

N.B. It’s very important you do not dispose of affected product! Please keep in freezer / fridge / packaging, until you’ve heard back from us.
