N.B. The traditional, artisanal techniques & the natural (hog or mutton) casings used for our Gold Seal dawgs mean that – if you look closely – each varies slightly in length & girth (just like us humans! :o) And each small batch of Royales will vary slightly in colour too (again, like our own ;o) In our view, these differences in the sizes & colour are the crowning glory of these creations, and are largely due to the variety in their skins. Which, although superficially different, act as a sort crucible & showcase for the outstanding levels of taste & inner goodness common to all of our Gold Seal sausages regardless of their size, shape or the colour of their skins. Making every single Gold Seal sausage a unique creation, with external differences that are to be embraced & cherished. Because by reaching out your hand, opening your mind (and your mouth) is the gateway to experiencing & exploring the new delights that await you – far more more profoundly than skin deep – just like all those unexpected BFFs awaiting us at each of the 4 corners of The Earth.
